Asking Jesus for forgiveness.

I'm feeling very upset and volatile towards a good friend of mine today, and I'm having problems connecting with Jesus in my mind. I am praying that He gives me the strength I need to get through this rough afternoon. I am praying that I can live as Christ wants me to, in His light. Please Dear Lord grant me this serenity.

    Jessica, I understand the feelings you are struggling with. I think I wrote to you before but I too was once an atheist, raised Catholic by an abusive dad, and then later (when my mother got custody of us) I was faced with psychological confusion with her taking me to pyschics, gay pride parades, ect.

    After having such a rough past such as yours and mine, I understand the struggle of literally fighting to keep your faith in connecting with Jesus. But hang in there. Please don't give into the temptation of wondering where He is during difficult times. I'll be praying for you because I understand where you're coming from.
